Yes, you can buy the goods even if you do not have a VAT number. In such situations, it is necessary to add on the price the VAT amount based on the taxation that is adopted in one's own country.
European Union (non-Italian) customers will be charged Italian VAT at the time of purchase.
Italian VAT may not be applied if the customer is VIES (Vat Information Exchange System) registered.
For customers from countries outside the European Union, all shipments to EU countries will be charged standard Italian VAT, while shipments to countries outside the European Union will be VAT exempt upon receipt of the DAE customs documents within 90 days of receipt of the goods.

Buying on B2BKidsFashion is very simple. Just click on the item you want, select the size and click on "Add to cart". A confirmation window will appear with a link to the cart to proceed with the purchase. You can continue your shopping and go to the cart later.
When you are ready to make the purchase, you will have to go to the "Shopping Cart" section: here you will see the summary of your order.
At this point you will have to select the country of shipment, the type of shipment and enter the coupon code in case there are promos in progress. By clicking on "Confirm Order" you can proceed with the purchase.
I can't complete the purchase, why?

Why was my order cancelled and how can I solve the problem?
Orders are cancelled for several reasons, listed below:
If confirmed by "BONIFY" and not paid within 48 hours; if you are attempting to pay and trying to return; if the card payment method is not supported by the system.
You can solve the problem by contacting customer service who will recreate the order.
How can I do this if I have a valid VAT number with Vies? Do I need to contact customer support for the first order?
If your VAT number is valid at Vies, we recommend that, at least for your first order, you contact customer service (WhatsApp: + 39 334 880 6999) who will set up your profile so that you do not have to pay VAT on all your purchases.

How can I use an E-credit on B2bkidsfashion?
If you have a credit or bonus, it will be deducted automatically when you confirm your next order. If you remember having it and do not see it in the amount summary, contact customer service.

Yes, but it is not possible to do it yourself, you have to contact customer service.

Can I make a deferred payment or stop an order with a deposit?
There are no deferred payments, but I can block an order with an amount equal to 30% of the amount, within 2 weeks after the payment of the first deposit I have to pay the full amount of the order, however we recommend that you always contact customer service.
How can I know the status of my order?
The following are the order statuses:
BOOKED - confirmed order awaiting payment (if the order is not paid within 24 hours it will be cancelled).
IN WORK - order received in stock
READY - order ready for shipment
SHIPPED - order entrusted to the carrier

B2BKidsFashion uses BRT(DPD) courier for shipping orders in Europe and UPS courier for shipping orders abroad of Europe.

All products purchased on www.b2bkidsfashion.com are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 3 - 7 days of shipment. Economy courier shipments are usually delivered within 8 – 15 days.

The order is prepared for shipment within 3 -5 working days of confirmation of receipt of payment.

Tracking is generated the day after the courier receives the package. To track the shipment, simply go to the "MY ORDERS" section of your profile, click on the order and the tracking number will appear. If you cannot find it, please contact customer service.
What documents should be sent for EU and EXTRA-EU shipments?
For deliveries in the EU, the delivery note is sent. For shipments outside the EU, the delivery note, pdf file and invoice will be sent. If customs requires other documents from us through the courier, these will be provided to you.
